Our refund policy is based in part on the cruise company's giudeline for refunds and refund policies with our travel agent of record. In fact the cruise company and or the travel agent must issue the refund and we simply forward it to you.

Online Payments
Your online payments are safe and secure. StarTrekCruise.com uses the industry leading provider PayPal to process our online payments enabling us to accept all major credit and debit cards, checks and direct transfers from PayPal accounts.  PayPal provides state of the art  encryption to protect the confidentiality of your personal information and the security of your transaction. For more information please visit www.PayPal.com.  When you make a payment via PayPal on the StarTrekCruise.com web site, your personal information is subject to PayPal's data collection practices. For a full description, please read PayPal's privacy and security statements. If a refund is to be issued it can take 90 days or more, we cannot guarantee a timely refund as we are dealing with third parties such as our travel agent and the cruise line who each must refund the funds.  However we will do everything in our power to make sure that you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

The convention portion that we add to the price of the cabin is refundable in full up until 3 MONTHS before the cruise.  After 3 months this fee is NOT REFUNDABLE. Convention portion is typically $500 - $600 per person

NCL reserves the right to charge a fuel supplement without prior notice should the closing price of West Texas Intermediate Fuel increase above $65 per barrel on the NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange Index). In the event a fuel supplement is charged, NCL will have sole discretion to apply the supplementary charge to both existing and new bookings, regardless of whether such bookings have been paid in full. Such supplementary charges are not included in the cruise fare. The fuel supplement charge will not exceed $10.00 per passenger per day.
